Bringing TO LIFE
a product differentiator at A congress
Creating an immersive congress experience to help clinicians understand what a differentiated treatment benefit would mean in practice.
We helped clinicians to feel the difference (not just hear about it) using sensory cues, including smell and touch, to bring the product benefit to life in a way that standard product communication simply cannot.
Challenge
A client launching in a competitive, specialist-medicine landscape needed to differentiate its treatment in a crowded congress environment.

The product had a meaningful, practical benefit for appropriate patients, but the team needed to move beyond standard product communication. The challenge was to translate a functional treatment attribute into an experience that felt clinically relevant, memorable and connected to real patient needs.

Congress was also an opportunity to do more than raise awareness; it needed to support scientific engagement, create a stronger platform for field conversations and extend the launch story beyond the booth itself.
BRAVE Approach
BRAVE identified the congress presence as a key opportunity to help clinicians understand why the product’s differentiating benefit mattered in practice.

We developed a creative concept that brought the patient benefit to life through an immersive, contrasting experience. The booth environment helped attendees feel (through sensory cues including smell and touch) the difference between a conventional treatment setting and the possibility created by the product’s profile.

Every element of the booth was designed to reinforce the core product narrative: from spatial design and supporting materials to sensory cues, lighting and linked scientific content. This gave attendees a more memorable way to understand the relevance of the product benefit in real-world practice.

The activation was integrated with wider congress engagement, including aligned field materials and scientific content, so that the experience could support conversations before, during and after the congress moment.
Results / Impact
The activation gave the client a distinctive and strategically focused congress presence, helping the product story stand out in a crowded, specialist environment.

By turning a functional product attribute into an immersive sensory experience, the activation created stronger cut-through and made the treatment benefit easier for attendees to understand and remember.

Importantly, the congress moment became a platform for ongoing engagement. The story pulled through into field team conversations and follow-up materials, giving the client a clearer, more memorable way to continue scientific dialogue after the event.
