Our FOUNDATION

Modern launches are becoming significantly more complex.

Our capabilities are built around the known drivers of launch success. In our BRAVE Launch Insights Survey, 60 industry professionals helped us to identify why launches succeed, why they stall and what teams need to do differently. The findings were clear: successful launches depend on aligned strategy, compelling science, effective stakeholder engagement and market readiness.

When these elements become disconnected, launches lose momentum.
Only The Brave brings clarity to that complexity, helping teams move from insight to aligned action.

Explore these findings in our BRAVE Launch Insights White Paper

Launch strategies fail when organisations lack a single, shared vision

Too many assets reach launch without early strategic clarity

Launches underperform when markets are not ready for change

Even strong innovation struggles when science is not translated into action

WHY 'ONLY THE BRAVE'?

Woman speaking during team meeting

We chose the name Only The Brave because the work that really matters in healthcare is rarely easy.

We work in complex therapeutic areas, often where the science is challenging, the patient need is high and the answers are not obvious. Making progress in these spaces takes courage: the courage to ask difficult questions, challenge established thinking and look for better ways forward.

For us, bravery is not about being bold for the sake of it; it is about being willing to take on meaningful problems, have honest conversations and do the work needed to improve care for patients. We are not here to do commoditised work or follow familiar formulas. We are here to support work that demands sharper thinking, deeper understanding and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

It also reflects the clients we choose to work with: organisations tackling complexity, pushing standards forward and pursuing ideas that can make a genuine difference.

HOW WE WORK

Modern launches demand a different kind of partner.

We are a team of senior strategic and scientific thinkers. Our team combines ex-pharma commercial launch expertise with scientific and engagement capability.

We translate complex science into real-world impact by blending medical rigour with the creative craft needed to drive change.

While many launch partners divide strategy from execution and separate Medical from Commercial, we are designed to blend our expertise, meaning we don’t hand off strategy once the thinking is done. We stay involved, ensuring plans translate into impact.

CULTURE & PEOPLE

see below ouR latest people and culture news

Our culture is defined by a rare combination of ambition and compassion.

We are ambitious about the work that we take on, the standards that we set and the difference that we want to make in healthcare. We challenge convention, embrace complexity and push for better answers.

But we do it with care. We listen closely, work generously and never lose sight of the people behind the work; our colleagues, our clients and the patients whom our work is ultimately here to support.

A DAY OF celebrations

The other week, we brought everyone together for our annual summer meeting.
It was chance to step away from the day-to-day, reflect on what we've achieved, and celebrate an amazing first half of 2026.

AT BRAVE, CULTURE ISN't A BUZZWORD

Culture is the foundation of everything we do.

Recently, we spent the day together exploring why our culture matters so much to us, and what it enables us to achieve.
