Organisational change and capability-building

Our clients are needing to respond to changes in the external environment requiring new ways of working. Increasing diversity of external stakeholders and complexity of treatment pathways, alongside novel types of data and analytics, create a burning platform for transformation. 

We have recently partnered with several clients to devise and implement their organisational change goals, including: 

  • Operationalising the blueprint for Medical transformation for a medium-sized pharma global Medical Affairs team: articulating the vision, managing internal communications, building capabilities, and scaling best practices and engagement through reward and recognition  

  • Developing capability frameworks for Medical Strategy Leaders, Field Medical Leaders, and MSLs, as well as capability-building programmes for insight generation and scientific engagement 

  • Designing and executing creative internal campaigns for a global big pharma Medical Affairs team to drive awareness and knowledge of new medical content tools and resources across affiliates

 

We bring change management expertise and consider any change in the context of people, processes, organisational structure, incentives, and strategic vision. We also factor in individual change management, ensuring a clear articulation of the need for change and driving a desire to partake.
