Early asset strategy development

We recently supported a global client with making cross-functional decisions and plans to progress a Phase 2 oncology asset through clinical development and commercialisation.
We partnered closely with the cross-functional team in preparing for two 2-day workshops. Our thoughtful and rigorous approach to the preparation of inputs and internal stakeholder engagement ensured attendees were level-set and equipped to make strategic decisions.
We designed the workshop agendas, ensuring clearly defined outputs and deliverables of key business questions, key agreements, risks, and mitigations. We also made sure we brought the external perspective from healthcare professionals and patients into the discussions.
Our senior consultants facilitated the workshops, ensuring that energy levels and focus were maintained throughout despite the highly complex content. The outcomes were:
-
clearly documented action plans by function
-
attendees engaged in their role in the asset’s ambition and strategic path
-
client feedback that the BRAVE team drove momentum and collaborative decision-making
Critical to success in projects such as this - with a wide range of stakeholders, rapidly developing plans, and complex subject matter - was our ability to integrate into, engage, and partner with the team. This enabled all participants to feel listened to and the team to move at pace, trusting in our ability to deliver.
